Nature of the product
NGRAVE provides physical hardware-wallet devices, backup products and companion software for offline private-key management and signing supported transactions. NGRAVE does not take custody of users’ private keys or recovery information. The website is limited to product information, hardware orders, delivery, warranty, documentation and support.
User responsibility
Users control their own private keys and are responsible for safeguarding recovery information, verifying transaction details, checking asset and network compatibility and using official software.
