Does NGRAVE hold my private keys?

No. NGRAVE is designed for self-custody. Private keys and recovery information remain under the user’s control.

What is NGRAVE GRAPHENE?

GRAPHENE is a durable physical backup system intended to preserve recovery information. Store its components securely and separately as described in the official instructions.

What does NGRAVE LIQUID do?

LIQUID is companion software for device setup, portfolio display, supported-asset management and preparation of supported transactions for offline review and signing on ZERO.

Which assets are supported?

Support varies by firmware, software version, network and integration. Check the current supported-assets information before transferring funds, and always verify the destination and network.

Will support ask for my recovery phrase?

No. Never send a private key, recovery phrase or complete backup information to anyone. Contact support@ngrave.net if a request appears suspicious.
