2. Scope
These Terms govern access to the website, orders for physical NGRAVE products, companion software, documentation and support. NGRAVE supplies self-custody security devices and software that helps users manage supported assets and prepare transactions for offline signing. Users remain responsible for their private keys, recovery information, addresses and transaction details.
3. Orders and payment
Product descriptions, availability and prices are shown before checkout. An order becomes binding after acceptance and payment confirmation. Taxes, delivery charges and import duties are displayed or described where applicable. Payment processing may be performed by an independent payment provider.
4. Safe use
- Keep recovery information confidential and offline.
- Verify addresses and transaction details on the hardware device before signing.
- Install software and firmware only from official NGRAVE sources.
- Do not use a device that appears altered, damaged or tampered with.
5. Software and availability
Companion software is provided for device setup, portfolio display, firmware support and preparation of supported transactions for offline signing. Compatibility can vary by asset, network, operating system and software version. Maintenance or security updates may temporarily affect availability.
6. Intellectual property
NGRAVE names, designs, software, documentation and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A limited, personal, non-transferable right is granted to use the software with genuine NGRAVE products in accordance with these Terms.
7. Liability
Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, NGRAVE is not responsible for loss caused by disclosure or loss of recovery information, incorrect addresses, unsupported assets or networks, user error, malicious third-party software, or events outside reasonable control.
8. Consumer rights and changes
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Returns, shipping and warranty terms are set out in the linked policies. Material changes to these Terms will be published with an updated effective date.
